LEAD3x is about Connecting LEADers
Why?
(1) LEADers do not get to make enough random ‘weak ties’ after the initial weeks
(2) The ‘Building Power to Lead’ course teaches us how powerful new weak connections can be
(3) In general, we overestimate how much we can do in a year and underestimate how much we can do every week. This is true with networking-related activities also. By connecting to 3 other LEADers every week, each LEADer will end up connecting to around 150 LEADers within a year. That is 3x the average number of new LEAD connections made by LEADers.
